For general readings, it’s helpful to have 2 or 3 areas of your life you’d like to focus on. For healing sessions, simply bring an open mind and a quiet DO NOT space where you won't be interrupted. I recommend having a journal and a glass of water nearby! Do not forget to send a photo of yourself atleast 1 hour before your session starts, this is used in my preparation ( the eyes are the windows to the soul). the photo need only be a headshot.
